Genealogy Fred Meyer's Marriage at Jackson County Iowa

Someone told me about an error on another blog page and of course I could not let it lie. It came from my sloppy handwriting and a vague mind I suppose of a A to a H at Family search.org. While there I pursued the new Beta. Why does it all seem so easier to scroll and select there.

Anyway to shorten the storyI found my Fred Meyer's marriage. Oh is there no bigger pleasure than that! well maybe coming here to share or is it gloating. I am so happy to find what I knew. too bad their is no image, but maybe later on it will be there.

I wondered as I have searched over Iowa marriages, why it alluded me, at every search. I am sure you all know it is Luhmann or Luhman not Lukman.

No wonder you didn't find him, someone put an 'S' at the end of his name. Oh my gosh what a horrible affliction.

Paul Bemke is on my family tree because he was adopted into our family. Somehow, not by me, his information was added to my tree. I have been looking through my family tree information and am trying to link our families together, but have not found it yet.....

I thought you were his wife? I wrote to him, a few years ago. I wonder if I still have his email address. The Meyer was through his wifes side, but then you came out with this tree, and I thought then it was his wife and she doing her side. That listed as being offered at rental by the family search or latter day saints under name Henry Meyer. He has oetzman and Meyer from basically that uelzen area, tatendorf etc.

You have no idea how I longed to see that film. But couldn't get the time according to my local morman center's hours.

If I recall correctly your Raetzman and his wifes Raetzmann were connected to my Raetzmann. She also married Lietz and My Meyer. and those in your tree are or his are listed cousins ancestors, etc. Going to Sauck county wi.
Well I must go to work. I will look later.
